The tube I received looks different from the product photo. Mine says it contains Ketoconazole 1%. Not a biggy.However, the directions tell me to not use on skin that is broken or inflamed! Jock itch has my skin broken raw. Wow, using the cream is like lightening a fire on my skin. Some reviewers said the cream contains menthol. That is how it feels! Hot burning sensation that makes my skin sweat ... great for my fungus - not so great for me. I would return it if I could.

Works well. It's hard to find non prescription ketoconazole cream so I'm glad to have this. The only thing I don't like about this stuff is the smell. I use it on my face and the menthol sort of hits your eyes like cold air. Then once the menthol fades, the smell of the cream itself is very much like plastic. It's sort of unpleasant. I only use it at night so it's alright for me but I don't care for the smell.
I assume this has menthol in it but can’t confirm. The areas I need to treat are around my nose and eyebrows so the vapors waft right into my eyes. Not pleasant. It works but it’s not really useable on the face if it’s going to burn your eyes from the vapors. Will have to find something else.

FINALLY something that works on my very stubborn “fungal acne” that happens on my forehead when I eat gluten. I’ve had the acne for decades and I’ve tried a dozen things, including seeing two dermatologists. But this stuff knocked it right out. Plus it’s got a nice “minty” feel. I will say that it can be drying, but it’s a small price to pay for a clear forehead.

Very high quality and destroys jock itch with a cooling effect. Ketoconazole is hard to find in a jock itch cream and it is the KING of active ingredients when it comes to healing. Smells good, feels good and it WORKS!!
I've had dry, scaly skin on the sides of my nostrils for about 20 years. I've mistakingly always tried to use moisturizer with limited success. This is essential! We used 1 part Braggs cider vinegar to 3 parts filtered H2O, in a spray bottle. Let it soak into the affected area for a few minutes. A good colloidal silver product (sovereign) will also work.3) APPLY thin layer of Tagrid - DO NOT COVER, as that makes fungus thrive.4) To alleviate dryness, we used a pure hyaluronic serum. My daughter suddenly developed an itchy, flaky patch of seborrheic dermatitis on the back of her head. As advertised, this cream effectively resolved it within 7 days. It's a thick, white colored cream that doesn't drip or easily smear. It has a light, medicinal smell that is not particularly noticeable. Its anti-fungal ingredients are stronger and more effective than just Selsun Blue which we used concurrently.

I’ve been using this cream as a lotion for some white spots on my neck. My esthetician told me to use a Ketoconazole shampoo or lotion on it twice a day and I opted for the shampoo since it was the traditional route. I couldn’t stick to it long enough to see if it would work or not, well fast forward and as it has warmed up here in Texas now these spots are itchy, so I looked up lotion forms that I could rub in and leave until the next treatment vs. the shampoo that I had to keep my hair out of, would suds up, etc. and I saw results within the first 72 hours! You may not see results that fast and I do still have the discoloration of the spots but I am no longer itchy, and 3 weeks later I can see that they’re getting smaller!!
